For customers

Points that work across the whole city

Most loyalty cards trap you in one shop. This one does not: the points you earn over lunch on Tuesday can buy you a coffee somewhere else on Friday.

  1. Scan when you pay

Every member venue has a code by the till. Scan it, and the venue adds your points as they take the payment. You pay them the way you always have.

  2. Earn wherever you go

Venues set their own offers and compete for your visit, so it is worth checking who is paying best this week.

  3. Spend them anywhere in the network

Claim a reward in the app and show it at the counter. What a reward costs is set by us, not by the venue, so a point is worth about the same everywhere.

The app is in build. These become real download links at launch.

For venues

Join free. Keep your own till.

A shared network puts your venue in front of people already collecting points somewhere else in Cardiff. You decide what you pay for a visit, and you keep every part of how you take money today.

  • We never touch your payments

Customers pay you on your own card machine, your own till. We never split a payment, hold funds, or settle with you. There is nothing to integrate with your POS.

  • Nothing to reimburse

When someone redeems a reward you honour it directly and keep the sale it is attached to. No settlement, no monthly statement, and no invoice from us for rewards you gave away.

  • You set what a visit is worth

There is no fixed platform rate. Pay more on a quiet Monday, less on a Saturday, or run nothing at all for a while. It is your dial, not ours.

  • Points to start with

Joining comes with a one-time grant of points to give away, so you can run a real offer before anyone asks you for money. When it runs out you buy more, or you carry on as a redeem-only venue.

“Sign up today and it stays free for you — we’re rolling out subscriptions soon.”

We will introduce paid monthly plans once the network is around ten venues. Every venue who joined before then stays on the free plan permanently, and never pays a monthly fee. That is a promise, not a default.

Free to join, and it stays free. Rather talk to someone first?
