Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what OnMe is, how points work, and the limits of our responsibility to you. By creating an account or using OnMe, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use OnMe.

1. Who we are

1.1 OnMe is operated by OnMe Rewards Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17540825). Our registered office is 112 Albany Road, Cardiff, United Kingdom, CF24 3RU. In these terms, "OnMe", "we", "us" and "our" mean OnMe Rewards Limited.

1.2 You can contact us at support@onmerewards.com.

1.3 These terms apply to the OnMe mobile app, the website at onmerewards.com and any related services (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.

2. What OnMe is, and what it isn't

2.1 OnMe is a shared loyalty programme. You collect points at participating independent venues ("Venues") and use them for rewards and offers.

2.2 Venues are independent businesses. We don't own, run or control them. When you buy anything from a Venue, your contract is with that Venue, not with us. We are not a party to that sale.

2.3 OnMe is not a bank, payment service, e-money product or gift card. Points are not money and are not a deposit held for you.

2.4 The Service is free to use.

3. Your account

3.1 You must be at least 16 years old and live in the UK to open an account.

3.2 You may hold only one account. The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.

3.3 Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure to keep the Service secure. Tell us straight away at support@onmerewards.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3.4 If you sign in with Apple or another third-party login, that provider's own terms also apply to that login.

4. Points

4.1 Earning. You earn points when a Venue records a qualifying purchase on your account, for example when you scan the Venue's OnMe code. Each Venue decides which purchases qualify and how many points they earn, as shown in the app. Points may show as pending until they are confirmed.

4.2 No cash value. Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred to another person, combined with another account, or passed on after death. Points are not your property. They are a benefit you can use under these terms.

4.3 Expiry. Points expire if your account has no earning or redeeming activity for 12 months. Where we reasonably can, we will remind you before they expire. Points are also lost if your account is closed (clause 12) or OnMe ends (clause 13).

4.4 Errors and reversals. We may correct your balance if points were added by mistake, through fraud or misuse, or for a purchase that was later refunded or cancelled. If you have already used those points, we may deduct them from points you earn later.

4.5 Missing points. If points are missing, tell us within 30 days of the purchase and include your receipt. Our records decide your balance unless you show us clear evidence that they are wrong.

5. Rewards and offers

5.1 Rewards and offers are provided by the Venues. Each Venue sets its own rewards, offers and conditions, and can change, pause or end them. Rewards are subject to availability.

5.2 A Venue may refuse a reward if it is unavailable, outside the stated times, or if fraud or misuse is suspected. If you think a Venue has wrongly refused a reward, contact us and we will look into it. Where we agree the refusal was wrong, we will restore the points used.

5.3 Venues write the descriptions of their offers. We are not responsible for their accuracy, but we will remove any we know to be misleading.

5.4 If a Venue leaves OnMe or closes, any points you hold stay on your account, but you can no longer use them at that Venue.

5.5 Some promotions, such as sign-up bonuses or "Treat a friend" referrals, may have extra conditions shown in the app. We may withhold or remove bonus points that were obtained by misusing a promotion.

6. Food, drink, allergens and Venue premises

6.1 Each Venue alone is responsible for what it sells and for its premises. That includes the quality and safety of food and drink, allergen information, hygiene, prices, age checks for alcohol, customer service and refunds.

6.2 If you have an allergy or dietary need, always ask the Venue directly before ordering. Don't rely on information shown in the app.

6.3 Complaints about food, drink, service or premises should go to the Venue. Your legal rights against the Venue are not affected by these terms.

7. Using OnMe fairly

7.1 You must not:

  • earn or redeem points through fraud, fake or shared receipts, or by working with Venue staff to award points you aren't entitled to;
  • open more than one account, or use another person's account;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or use bots or automated tools on it;
  • try to get round any security feature or access data you aren't authorised to see;
  • use the Service for any commercial purpose, or for anything unlawful;
  • abuse, threaten or harass Venue staff or our team.

7.2 If you break this clause, we may cancel points, refuse rewards and suspend or close your account under clause 12.

8. Trial and test versions

8.1 Parts of the Service may be offered as a trial or test version, for example through Apple's TestFlight. Test versions may contain errors, and features may change or be removed without notice.

8.2 If points earned during a trial will not carry over to the full launch, we will tell you before the trial ends.

9. Availability of the Service

9.1 We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We will use reasonable care and skill, but we don't promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

9.2 We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We may also change, add or remove features at any time.

9.3 Please keep the app updated. Some features may stop working on older versions or devices.

10. Changes to these terms

10.1 We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or how we run OnMe.

10.2 For important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons.

10.3 If you keep using OnMe after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account at any time.

11. Our name, app and content

11.1 We or our licensors own the Service, including the OnMe name, logo, design and software. Venue names and logos belong to the Venues.

11.2 We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the app store's rules.

11.3 If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without paying you.

12. Closing or suspending your account

12.1 You can close your account at any time in the app (Account > Delete account) or by emailing us. Any points on your account are lost when it closes.

12.2 We may suspend or close your account, and cancel its points, if:

  • you seriously or repeatedly break these terms;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
  • we have to by law or because a regulator or court tells us to;
  • your account has had no activity for 24 months.

12.3 Where the law allows, we will tell you why. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

13. If OnMe ends

13.1 We may end the OnMe programme or the Service. We will give you at least 30 days' notice, unless that isn't possible for legal reasons or reasons outside our control.

13.2 During the notice period you can use your points wherever Venues still accept them. After OnMe ends, all points are cancelled and have no value. No compensation is payable for them.

14. Apple, Google and other third-party services

14.1 The Service relies on services run by others, such as app stores, hosting providers, maps and sign-in providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

14.2 If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store:

  • these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
  • if the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund any price you paid for it (the app is free). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app;
  • Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection claims;
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending or settling any claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property;
  • you confirm you are not in a country subject to a UK or US government embargo, and not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Our responsibility to you

15.1 What we never exclude. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including your legal rights as a consumer.

15.2 What we are not responsible for. Subject to clause 15.1, we are not responsible for:

  • anything a Venue does or doesn't do, including its food, drink, allergen information, service, premises, prices, offers, refunds, or any injury, illness or loss you suffer at or because of a Venue;
  • any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms;
  • any business loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity. The Service is for personal use only;
  • any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (clause 16);
  • any loss caused by you breaking these terms, sharing your login details, or not installing an update we offered;
  • any loss caused by Apple, Google, mobile networks, hosting providers or other third-party services;
  • any reward or offer that a Venue withdraws, changes or doesn't honour, beyond what clause 5.2 says.

15.3 Points. If we wrongly remove points from your account, or fail to add points you earned, our only responsibility is to correct your balance.

15.4 Overall limit. The Service is free. Subject to clause 15.1, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to £50.

15.5 Your responsibility. If you use the Service fraudulently or deliberately break these terms and that causes us loss, you may be responsible for that loss.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Examples include internet, power or hosting outages, cyber attacks we couldn't reasonably prevent, a Venue closing, strikes, pandemics, severe weather, or changes in the law. If one happens, we will tell you where we can and try to keep the disruption short.

17. Transferring this agreement

17.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. That includes a company set up to run OnMe, or a buyer of the OnMe business. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not reduce your rights under these terms.

17.2 You may not transfer your account, points or rights under these terms to anyone else.

18. Complaints and the law that applies

18.1 If you have a complaint about OnMe, please email support@onmerewards.com. We aim to reply within 14 days. Complaints about a Venue's food, drink or service should go to the Venue.

18.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring them in Scotland. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in Northern Ireland.

19. General

19.1 If a court decides that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

19.2 If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

19.3 Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms, except Apple as set out in clause 14.2.

19.4 These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any conditions shown with a specific offer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
